Nothing not to like - wide range of sofas - helpful but not pushy staff and reasonable prices.

Excellent customer service. Found my perfect sofa without staff harassing and following you about, gave a warm welcome on entering the store and once I had looked around and decided which sofa I wanted and questions I had I had all my queries answered buy lovely staff member Billie. Lovey experience and so so happy with my choice. 5 stars well deserved.

David in Kilmarnock store was amazing, he was patient and extremely helpful as I couldn't quite make up my mind, he guided me through my decision, i am delighted with my new sofa and it fits exactly into my space, the crew who delivered it were amazing, and very tidy and friendly, they made sure i was happy with my new sofa and they cleared away all the cardboard etc and left my house tidy, thank you Damien and David for all your help, sorry about the weather as it was an extremely hot day and my new sofa was large and very heavy, thanks again Poltronesofa the crew and Kilmarnock store staff are a credit to you.

The delivery was fine , the service was brilliant , very polite asked if I was happy and made sure both sofas were ok thoroughly checked over and removed all packaging , very happy with the service

They have a huge range to choose from, and the sales staff are very knowledgeable without being pushy.

Staff in Kilmarnock store very friendly especially Norman who even made us a coffee I have bought a few sofas from the store when it was SCS but the quality of the sofas are a lot better from Poltronesofa I just hope I have chosen the right colour !

Very friendly and helpful in store. Not pushy at all. Ordering was straight forward and sofas arrived around the time expected. Kept up to date with the delivery day and time. Delivery guys are very friendly and carefully checked over the sofa then confirmed we were happy. Quality and comfort of the sofa is excellent.
