Positive from start to finish
Positive from start to finish. The showroom staff were very helpful and accommodated all my indecision! Information re delivery was excellent. On the day Stewart and Reece were quick, efficient and cleared away all their rubbish. Would highly recommend.

I didn't buy sofa from the sofa shop opposite to them as staff was very rude.

I had an incredibly positive experience with the sofa delivery. The gentlemen were courteous, and everything went smoothly. Although there is an issue with the headrest not working, the delivery team promptly reported it, and I'm hopeful to see a technician soon.

Easy process from start to finish
Friendly and very helpful staff in the store who took their time to show me the sofa and chair I was interested in with no pressure put to purchase . The guaranteed delivery in 3 weeks and the furniture was ready to the day. I was kept informed at each stage of the process by text and email. The delivery by Jay and Taylor was in time and they called in advance to confirm arrival. Both were very helpful and did a great job. The whole experience was great.
