Took time to listen to what I was looking for in a sofa and did not rush me into making a decision. Gave me a sample of material to take away which made my choice much easier as I could see the colour at different times of the day and how the light affected it.
Because of all this I felt confident to come back the following week and buy the sofa I had selected.

Paula went over and above good customer service, I wasn’t sure about the size of the sofa in my room, she went out of her way to come to my home to measure it and i could visualise it perfectly.
She help me choose the fabric and colour that would compliment my home.

AVOID AT ALL COST!

Sold me a sofa, will say about anything to make a sale. Delivery was delayed on 3 occasions, 14 weeks after ordered it arrived. People who came to assemble stated there was a manufacturing issue with the sofa, 1st issue was the sofas interlocked system was bent not allowing the 2 pieces to join. 2nd issue was that one for the headrests did not interlock correctly to the body of the sofa.

Also the people who assembled the sofa damaged my solid oak flooring, I only realised this 9 days after, reason being the damage was under the sofa where the legs are, and when I went to clean under the sofa I realised a chunk of wood is missing. Upon calling the customer service centre they said they could not help me as it has to be reported with 48 hours, how was I to know? The sofa is 150kg I can’t just magically lift it.

Considering i spent £2100 on the sofa, and paid £100 for delivery, for them to damage my floor and give me a faulty item. Also they are saying 10 weeks for the small metal part to arrive! Shocking, stay away. They will treat you like royalty to complete a sale, but afterwards treat you like you don’t exist.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The worst company I have ever dealt with in my life! We bought a sofa made to order which came in the wrong colour and fabric due to swatches being incorrectly labelled in the store (thankfully we have pictures to prove this otherwise we wouldn’t have had a leg to stand on) SCS promised us on multiple occasions that they would rectify this and make us a new sofa in the correct colour and fabric. We were also promised price reductions, which again never happened. They are impossible to contact, they ignore phone calls, voice messages and emails and you wait weeks for responses, the only time you get a response is by continuously hounding them. After waiting eight weeks with the incorrect sofa in our house we was then told they will not be making a new sofa and was going to give us a full refund. We are still waiting for said refund, every time I contact customer services or the store we bought it from, they just fob us off and tell us someone’s gonna ring you on such a day and that day never comes. Do not give your money to this company as you will struggle to ever get it back. The customer service is non-existent and although people may have had good experiences, if you are one of the lucky ones like ourselves, you will be stuck!!!
