Customer service at point of sale was great but the overall experience was marred by the delivery.
Initially a time span of between 10:00 & 15:00 was updated to 10:40 to 10:55. Delivery was attempted at 09:39 when I was out of the house. This was over an hour before indicated time.

I entered the store knowing that I wanted something new but had no real idea in mind. My son and I were warmly greeted by Danielle. After explaining I wasn't sure what I was looking for she showed me everything that might fit my need. Demonstrating features in each and looking into colours and material choices. Danielle also pointed out corner sofas that my son was interested in. Ultimately we left with the intention of of measuring things at home and agreed to return on Danielle's next shift. I popped into our local shop looking for a new sofa, I was going to buy a rise and recliner chair elsewhere for my husband, when I mentioned this to the assistant she showed me a rise recliner chair with matching sofa. The service I got in store and when the sofa was delivered was fantastic the sofa was in stock at the shop but chair needed to be ordered which could take up to ten weeks. I was offered a good discount on the sofa if I was willing to wait for the chair. I would definitely recommend this company

From going into store to order my new sofa to it being delivered I had no problems at all. We were left to look around the store at ease. The store manager Richard was very helpful and answered any questions we had and brought the colour switches to me. The 2 delivery lads were very helpful and set up our new sofa and chair.

Friendly and helpful staff and good choice of sofas

I walked into the showroom and was greeted by the sales person, I let him know what I was looking for I.E. a reclining sofa.
I was encouraged to check all of the sofas out, he was on hand to answer any questions I had.
I found the ideal sofa for me, he showed me the colour range they come in and I chose one, I then paid for it.
I didn't feel pressured into buying anything, the quality of the sofa was enough for me to get my debit card out.
All in all a pleasant shopping experience.
I am looking forward to receiving the sofa.
