Our buying experience was spot on the guy was so polite and friendly, and when we got our suite a few months later the delivery was top draw the two guys were great they respected our property and were done in moments. I was kept informed about the arrival of the chair and it came exactly when they said it would,very efficient delivery men,soon had the chair up and running .

So incredibly impressed with this company. From the moment I entered the showroom, to the final delivery, the service has been proactive, timely and professional.
Excellent guidance in store, constant updates and an amazing delivery team who were outstandingly courteous and efficient.

The delivery team were friendly and did a good job, but the sofa itself was a bit disappointing. It arrived with some discolouration, and the decorative trim on one of the sofa legs had already come off, which isn't what I expected from a new sofa.

I also think the shop needs to pay more attention to the delivery details customers provide. I explained when I placed the order that access to my property would be difficult, but it didn't seem like that information was passed on. It made the delivery harder than it needed to be.

Gave notice of delivery early. Fine tuned deliver evening before. Arrived at allocated time and installed in good time. Checked all was working and cleaned up wrappers etc.

After a long day of looking for a new sofa, the wife and I were getting annoyed and bored. That was until we met James our salesman. After telling him the measurements of our living room and what we were looking for, James being the knowledgable, kind and professional person that he is, found us the perfect corner suite for our home. If ever we were looking again in the future, we will most definitely return. 5* service

No pressure in the store to buy anything, they were able to answer all our questions. Delivery was as promised and the delivery staff were very respectful and efficient despite the heat!

Me and my partner were shopping for our first sofa, and felt overwhelming, but the team here made it an absolute breeze. The staff member we dealt with was honest, transparent, and genuinely helpful without being pushy at all. The sales and delivery were excellent however the furniture has some floors in the stitching which needs to be resolved , the furniture was delivered on 10/7 and have tried to advise customer care which is closed until 13/7 hence reporting the problem with my review.
