Nice installer very helpful polite and efficient

Great choice of sofas all with bespoke material. Excellent service from knowledgable staff (Abz ) with no pressure just helpful advice.

The store was laid out very nicely and the salesman (Abz K.) was very helpful. He explained everything about the suite we liked and gave us a demonstration. He also explained the delivery procedures which included removing our old suite and installing the new one. Would thoroughly recommend this Company.

Great service very helpful

Extremely polite and helpful staff who were on hand to give assistance and advice without pushing or being overly eager. We were given space to look at all the sofas and found Bianca to be knowledgeable and friendly making the experience thoroughly enjoyable.

Very happy with the overall experience our furniture was delivered a couple of days ago. The delivery drivers were very good quick and clean when we purchased the furniture. The staff in the store were excellent. I only have one complaint and that is the phone systems are very bad when you try to get through. You have to wait ages and then I did push the button to get a call back and it came two days later.

The guys were great kept in contact with me all the time so I knew when they were arriving and were very friendly

I was given a delivery date & time and the drivers kept in touch with me the whole time they were on the way.

The delivery team were on time and very polite and efficient at assembling the Calboli recliner sofa in my living room.
Unfortunately when they left the first time I sat on the sofa the end section creaked and puddling of the leather of the end section became very noticeable after 3 days of occasional use. I contacted ScS 6 days after delivery and emailed customer support as they state this is the quickest way to resolve any issues and had to go through the process of taking photographs etc.
Now I have to wait for 33 days after delivery for a third party upholster to come out and examine the new sofa, which coincidentally is 3 days past the window for the right to reject the sofa due to poor workmanship.
The rest of the sofa is perfect, maybe the end section was completed on a  Friday afternoon and quality control was not implemented.
Not the experience I was expecting for a premium sofa.
Just before leaving this review I contacted the Stevenage branch and the lady I spoke to was very reassuring and confirmed the issue had been logged inside the 30 day window and not to worry.
The score I gave is for the poor experience of the sofa and ScS reporting procedures, not the Stevenage store.

we were made to feel very welcome.The branch manager looked after us ,he was very nice but did not always listen to us and at the end of the sale he made a mistake on which sofa we wanted.We found him to be over powering and at one polnt we nearly left without buying.
