Wow… A big shout out to Paul and Penny. We were sadly let down by a poor delivery and item missing from the order. Paul and Penny once aware immediately put things right for us. They are so helpful, professional and kind. 100% customer service focused. Thank you. You guys are amazing. We will definitely recommend and shop with you again.

I popped into the new SCS Poltronesofa in Thanet over the Eastr Weekend. The staff were welcoming and friendly. When my daughter and I arrived we tried and tested different recliner sofas a young lady came and asked me what type of sofa I was looking for and informed me of all the fabric / leather colours and textures available in the range. She also informed me that I could order today at the offer price and not have it for another 6-9 months if I wanted too by putting a deposit down and pay the remaining balance upto a month before. I talked it through with my family and put in an order and paid a deposit the next day.

Showroom was well lit so you could see all the sofas in a good light plenty of colours and good range of fabrics , the showroom assistant was extremely helpful with a good insite to the sofas performance and options no pushy or overbearing was up front with delivery times due to being made to order , check with us all the way that we were getting what we wanted would go there again .

We visited your Broadstairs Kent Store Looking for a corner sofa wiih 2 recliners . Boy we were blown away by all your choices. Penny the Sales Advisor was of great help taking us through every steps. She is creadit too your Store 10/10. Hence we purchaseda Sofa it comes in June. Highly recommend Poltrone sofa. Having fallen in love at first sight with the perfect sofa we were assisted by Penny who was kind enough to explain the whole process and sent us email links to enable us to check the dimensions.
Having been able to work out what would fit we went back to the Westwood Cross branch where Penny assisted us again. She helped with every detail enabling to customise everything we wanted.
It was so nice not being followed around and “badgered”. We feel we picked a very high quality product at a very reasonable price and are looking forward to taking delivery of our sofas 😊

Really happy with the experience with Penny at Thanet, she was extremely helpful when ordering. The only reason I didn’t give five star is because you don’t give out a sample of the material that I have chosen for my sofas, which is a real shame as I can’t colour match with other things for my lounge. Can’t comment yet on delivery or sofas as it’s not due until July.

Upon entering the store we were immediately greeted by staff and offered assistance if we knew what we wanted or invited to browse if that was our intention. We explained what we were looking to buy and was then taken to the relevant product. The one on display (a sofa bed) was a little larger than we had room for, but the salesman said that the product came a little smaller and showed us this with the use of his tape measure which was better than trying to imagine it. The product was fully explained, shown how it worked and when we agreed we would like to purchase it followed on with the fabrics that were available and brought them to us, lying them over the product so you could see what it would look like.
The purchase was completed and ordered but my wife then saw another fabric on another product that she liked better, apologised to the salesman and ask if it could be changed. It could not be changed immediately but the salesman assured us that he would do it as soon as the system allowed. True to his word he did get it changed and sent us an email confirming this.
We found the whole experience very easy, there was no pressure from the salesman and we were treated in a very professional manner. Thank you Martin
