Great delivery, on time and kept informed along the way, so I knew exactly what time to expect them. SCS themselves not so great to get hold of customer service wise but the delivery company used “Bonaci” were very good and helpful

Amazing service from the delivery guys from bonaci xx were on time & went the extra mile. Couldn’t get the sofa through the house & had to carry it down a dirt track & thought our fence without any hesitation.

From the moment we walked into the SCS store in West Thurrock, Zee was incredibly approachable and took the time to truly listen to our needs. We initially visited with no intention of making a purchase, but Zee’s understanding of our requirements for a sofa bed and its intended use led him to find the perfect option for us.

We looked at a number of furniture shops but SCS offered a great range of choice with free delivery on everything. We selected a 2 seat recliner sofa which was on offer and were offered delivery within 4 weeks. Couriers BONACI dropped it off and installed the sofa very quickly with no fuss.

Bought 2 & 3 leather settee in Nov.. 2023..both have now sunk, and are totally uncomfortable to sit on. Had an Independent Furniture Report, which has shown 20 faults. Don't buy from this company.. they don't reply to any communication. We are now seeking a Section 75 with our Bank. Avoid this company like the Plague.!

Delivery guys, Taylor & Chris, were the best! Took their shoes off every time they stepped into my house which I thought was very respectful. They asked where I wanted each sofa before taking the protective covers off and putting it all together, then took all the packaging away with them. Super friendly guys who worked as a great team together. SCS these guys are a credit to your company! I hope you give them some recognition for their hard work.

Chris and Sue were fantastic, filled with so much laughter and fun and we were only trying to buy new soafs lol.

we were greeted with a smile from the sales assistant. Her name is Surry she was very professional and we didn’t feel pressured and we managed to purchase two sofas and it was a good price.

Mario & Ciprian delivered our sofa this morning taking extra care positioning it. They demonstrated its functionality and limited disruption to my day, especially where I work from home. The quality of the sofa is fantastic, it’s built incredibly well and I look forward to relaxing later this evening. My kids love it and say it’s the best sofa in the whole world. Extremely happy!

Great selection to choose from in a pleasant atmosphere. The delivery team were very polite and helpful, they assembled the two sofas quickly and quietly and leaving no mess on or outside my property ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
Only 4 stars in total due to the delivery being over a month late, total time from ordering was a nightmare, ordered 20/9/24 delivered 14/1/25 !! Gotta do better SCS.

We were served by a gentleman named Chris, who was knowledgeable about the products and couldn't have been more accommodating. Showing us the workings of the sofa beds and demonstrating how they convert between sofa and bed.

Service was good very polite just a shame I’ve got to wait 10 weeks to enjoy my new sofa

Title: Disappointing Experience with Sofa Purchase

I regret to share my negative experience with this company regarding my recent sofa purchase. After selecting a model that I liked during my visit to the showroom, the product delivered did not meet my expectations in terms of quality and materials. It lacks the density and durability I anticipated, resulting in a product that feels subpar and, unfortunately, reminiscent of lower-quality imports.

Additionally, shortly after delivery, one of the sofas was damaged. Since August of last year, I have made multiple attempts to address these issues through emails and submitted photographs, but regrettably, there has been little to no response. An inspection was conducted, but no further action was taken.

I was also misled regarding the size, as what was marketed as a three-seater has proven to be more akin to a two-seater, which is not fit for my needs. This has left me feeling quite dissatisfied with my purchase.

Given these ongoing challenges, I am considering pursuing this matter through a small claims court and obtaining an independent assessment to support my case. I hope this review serves as a cautionary note for potential customers in the future.
