Bought an arm chair last week and they failed to tell me that it was going to be £119 delivery charge. Went into the shop in Wolverhampton the next day to cancel the order and they wouldn’t let me cancel the order !!
Avoid at all cost !! No customer care they just want your money

Upon arrival we were greeted by Anita, who was very sweet and positive throughout the entire process of purchasing a sofa. She gave us plenty of information and time to think about what sofa we wanted to go for, so we didn’t feel rushed at all. We were also offered water or coffee by another college during the process which helped ease us into it.

She was such a helpful and polite girl, it was the welcoming and approachable staff here that made the experience great and worthwhile.

We recently received our Russi suite and it is amazingly comfortable! The whole process from visiting Wolverhampton show room to delivery has been a fantastic experience - everyone was so helpful and friendly at all stages! Thank you all for an amazing experience!

From purchasing at Wolverhampton branch to having delivered today was both a 5 star service well informed and great delivery guys whom called an hour before and fitted perfectly with a great happy service at both branch and del guys

Overall satisfied delivery wasnt in time for Christmas as was told however was delivered 2 days after we made the most of it so didn’t really affect us. Delivery men were lovely polite and quick at their job kev/paul so 5 stars to them!

Steve and Mark was great. They called me an hour before they was due to arrive. When they arrived the assessed where the sofas was going to be placed. They then worked as a team to bring the sofas in, assemble them, showed me how they worked. They removed all the packaging. They even helped me to move my old sofa out of the way as it was getting collected on Monday. They then gave me the fabric care box and explained what i need to do. They were very professional, friendly and the jokes kept on coming. Great work guys! Thanks for making my 1st SCS experience a stress free one!

A salesman who worked at the floor names Sara was really friendly and honestly made it a pleasant experience for me and my mom and dad. He went through options that we have and offered the best works for us. Extremely patient and also he’s manager is the same.
Really rate this place, and the sofa we bought was absolutely amazing and the price was a bargain. Also given 5 years unlimited insurance for just £119. Really loved the experience.
