SLOW SHIPPING
I can't review the product I ordered because I haven't received it. I placed an order two weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped. I messaged with Customer Service and they said there was a production issue but the item isn't out of stock and it will ship this week. I am not sure how a production issue affects shipping a product that is on the shelf? I will update the review once I receive the item (IF I receive the item).
