I took my Tricycle to investigate occasional noise coming from Tricycle on 7/29/2024. The merchant said he will do a Tune up. Ready on 8/2 or 8/5. On 8/5 he said it needs a new hub. He ordered parts & installed it. On 8/6, I picked it up. Paid him $ 132. Test drive revealed the occasional noise now is ALL the time. Brakes and Gears NOT working. When I told him he said to speak with the mechanic. When I spoke to mechanic he said he just did what he was told. The merchant had no response. He told the mechanic to wrap up and close the store. I told him that I will have to buy a new Tricycle. Still No response from merchant. He refused to negotiate or discuss any further.
