Boiler replacement satisfaction
The engineers arrived at the scheduled time to replace my boiler and started work immediately draining down and removing boiler. Existing pipework had to be rerouted and they did a very neat job. The only problem was that it was a very hot day so it was difficult to commission the rads, a couple do not heat up properly. They removed all rubbish after completing job and tidied up. The engineers were polite and explained at each stage what they were doing.
I would certainly recommend SDP to friends and family

New thermostat fitted
We wanted a thermostat fitted. Darren visited to take a look, provided us with useful information and followed up with a quote. The works were completed as quoted, he was very professional and left no mess! I had need to liaise with his office support, who also incredibly helpful.

Excellent service (boiler install)
Great service from start to finish. Our really old boiler was leaking water so we decided to replace. Quick visit from Darren to quote, with a couple of different options given for how we could proceed. We decided to go with a boiler with 12 years warranty (as SDP are approved fitters) and as our boiler was leaking they fit us in really quickly for install. Install day was excellent service too. Dan and Dylan are a credit to the company, install completed quick, clean and professionally. They even tidied up the mess the pipework had been left in by the previous boiler installer. Lastly, and here is where they really earned a 5 star plus review (but can only give 5 starts). We have issues in our area with low water pressure so had some teething issues with the boiler giving warning messages. Emailed the office had a response in about an hour and had a visit early next morning. Some much confidence was given in the after sales care by those visits to resolve the small teething problem we had. We will be using this company for all our plumbing and boiler servicing from now on and have already recommended to family members.

I was looking around for boiler companies and I found SDP on google reviews saying how great they was .. I also loved the WhatsApp communication who doesn’t love that these days… I appreciate all you’ve guys have done as my boiler was war times one and it was absolutely costing a bomb to use… brand new Worcester boiler and radiators throughout it’s going to be a cosy winter this year … I couldn’t of done this without you guys at all… What a fabulous price for the work that has been completed 👍🏻

This was the first time I had contacted SDP. The engineer arrived on time. Having explained the problem I was having with the boiler he carried out the appropriate checks and a thorough service of the boiler. The work was carried out in a very professional manner and at a fair price. Would highly recommend.
