I've travelled to the Sea You several times to meet with ex-service colleagues. The staff and food were both excellent on each occasion. On the last visit, 11th November, the cafe staff asked those present to observe the two minutes silence - excellent, Thoroughly recommended.
Visited this cafe twice in June on our holiday in Felixstowe. Enjoyed the coffee and view so visited again but this time had coffee and cake. The cakes arrived one wasn't the cake we had ordered and the second cake a chocolate orange cake was served moldy. We advised the waitress of this who eventually apologised and offered us a replacement free of charge. We chose another cake but was not offered our money back and after two attempts at contacting the cafe they never even got back to us with an apology or explanation. Customer service terrible and be warned check your cake before eating
