Got different experience of the others who reviewed here. Never got any issue using the app. Although there are times that the bank/ewallet you want to send to are not available due maintenance or whatever reasons, although chats and those AI chats are not helpful at all. Fortunately never got experience those yet.

Aside from that, their interest of 4.0% per annum (previously was 5% then 4.5%) was the highest from the other banks/ewallet's offering deposit earning, makes them the best money saving bank.

Seabank Credit is also somewhat helpful if you need it, loan interest are low compared to others, you can even save much if you pay early.

As for the other's experiences, its due their late payments, those calls are from collection agents and not from Seabank itself, it's part of their contracts when users accept those terms/policy when borrowing money. But yes those harassment calls are unlawful so it should be reported on responsible government agency, DTI I guess.

They charged my bank without my consent and insist that the payment was authenticated tho I have sent them several proofs that I didn't.

Sea Bank PH is a LOAN SHARK disguised as a bank... Mag-ingat dahil ang taktika is intimidation and harassment kung ma-delay ka sa pagbabayad. They will call you everyday with different numbers. They have attached themselves with SHOPEE to look like legitimate, but same as the others, I hope Central Bank will check on them.

Their subsidiary in the Philippines so called "Shopee", an online shopping platform that also owned by this company is sucks! Even words cannot explain on how horrible is this company's subsidiary.

I ordered an anime merchandise to gift it to my Best friend and in that time of delivery, I'm not on my house, so I cannot receive it. The thing I do is I call the customer service of Shopee (Garena Online Shopping Subsidiary platform) to request for reschedule.

You know what happened? Their rider still attempting to deliver my package till it's get back to the seller even it's rescheduled for 1 week. The rider in Paombong Bulacan is not complying with my reschedule. They still spam call me even I'm not available. Those riders are also rude and the customer service representative does not give a care.

The ending is that my parcel has returned to the seller. My times has gone! This is a banking platform under by shopee. Their delivery service from their other company is bad by itself. Do you think you can trust your money from this company.

There app sucks!!! On my oneplus10 pro the biometrics login feature isn't available!!! In what century do the developers of this app live??? 😒😒👎👎😡😡
