DON'T LET THE LOCATION FOOL YOU — DISGUSTING CONDITIONS FOR $200 A NIGHT!

I stayed at Seacoast Suites in Miami Beach Address: 5101 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33140 (Mid-Beach / Millionaires Row) from October 16–17, 2026, with my family. My husband paid $200 for ONE NIGHT, and the condition of our accommodations was absolutely unacceptable.

At first glance, the property looked promising. However, once we actually inspected the room, we were shocked.

The carpet was filthy, the bathroom walls and shower curtain had visible dirt and hair, the paint was peeling, and the baseboards were extremely dirty. The showerhead had what appeared to be years of built-up grime and rust. My son was so disgusted by the bathtub that he wore his WATER SHOES to take a shower!

The microwave had old, caked-on food inside, and the master bedroom doorknob literally came out of the door.

I had to use my own Clorox wipes from Walgreens to disinfect the toilet, countertops, furniture, and doorknobs.

And here's the part that really bothered me: **We had to wait until after 3 PM because our room was supposedly being cleaned!** Based on what we found, I seriously question what housekeeping actually cleaned.

This property charges prices that, in my opinion, reflect its Miami Beach location rather than the quality of its accommodations. The experience felt more like staying in a poorly maintained budget motel than a nearly $200-per-night suite.

**I TOOK PHOTOGRAPHS OF EVERYTHING.**

Guests deserve clean, sanitary accommodations regardless of the location or price. I would not stay here again, and I strongly recommend that anyone considering this property carefully review recent guest experiences before booking.
