Ordered a greenhouse. It shipped faster than expected. One of the boxes arrived damaged, and a part was bent, but they replaced it right away. Good customer service, I’m impressed for the price!

pieces missing
I ordered an office chair from this site only to have it delivered with pieces missing. I tried phoning the customer service line and spent two days trying to get through and finally was spoken to you rudely when I did get through and was not able to return the item.
