Customer service and shipping
Ordered belts, shipping was taking a while. If belts are in Stock, shipping should be quick. I read some reviews, most stating shipping takes a long time. So I called to say I was thinking about canceling to see if customer service would try to talk to me about the issues, the guy just canceled order no questions asked. I'll take my business to someone who wants it with better service.

Sometimes certain seat belt kits, like OEM Replacement kits for specific years and models, are strictly custom made. Order 3 point retractable seat belts…
Order 3 point retractable seat belts plus mounting kit. Mounting kit is a waste because it cannot be used to mount the seat belt part that goes on the door pillar. That part needs a shouldered bolt so bracket can swivel on bolt. Called seat belts plus and they just said they don't include that bolt in mounting kit. What!!!

Seatbelts are great. After initially having a misunderstanding with customer service (not the seatbelts), a company rep contacted me and made it right. They truly stand behind what they do as they demonstrated to me. Great American company and quality products.
