I ordered a set belts for my 69…
I ordered a set belts for my 69 firebird after having the interior reupholstered
On oct 6 they didn’t show up til the 26th. Now I can see two weeks at max after paying 500.00 but by then we had just order some from another belt co. That got me the belts in a week. We actually thought the first set were lost in the shipping.
So I called to cancel from seatbelt solutions and Zach said that THEY had the zip code wrong but then made US pay the shipping plus 10% restocking fee. Again Zach with a very dry sense of humor and maybe because we were shipping the belts back but what he didn’t think about is maybe they should ship out when paid instead of sitting on the product and making the customer wait after paying 500.00 for a set of belts. I can tell you that they lost several customers after this experience. I’m sorry I even took a chance with them. It’s like throwing 70.00 out your window. SMH. Thanks for absolutely nothing Zach.

They addressed my order incorrectly…
They addressed my order incorrectly (after giving specific address details), causing a delay in delivery and costing me extra money.
When I contacted the company about this, they didn't even respond.
Not very good customer service in my opinion.
