I recently brought a special gift for a friend and although the first parcel sent out by Anna didn’t arrive there was no hesitation from her to send out a replacement . Communication , customer service and the product were all excellent I look forward to using the site again .

Beautiful product, nicely packaged
My haematite necklace came in a lovely little box, the pendant is gorgeous with the silver leaf at the bottom. The chain has a sparkle to it and is unusual. All in all, very happy.

Five stars are not enough !!! You can see the beautiful moonstone earrings she made for me on her website. It was indeed serendipitous that our paths crossed, and it became apparent immediately that we had so much in common. I wanted something original, and that included elements that mean a lot to me. From our exchanged emails, and our telephone conversations, Anna has created a unique and stunning piece of jewellery for me. Her imagination and skill are fantastic. Although I have a drawer full of earrings, since these arrived, I have worn them all the time (and received LOTS of compliments). On a practical note, Anna provides outstanding customer service, from the initial order, right through to the prompt arrival of the item. I won't hesitate to contact her again when I want something special as a gift (or for me !!). Joanna

good for swarovski and charms shame its not free postage
i use this site to get swarovski stuff and they are great. only improvement would be if they didnt have min order for free postage.
