I’d just like to thank Ross for his amazing service since my purchase of some Nike Boxing Boots. Ross kindly agreed to replace some of the loops where they’d broken, at no fault of Seconds Out Fight Store. He kept in contact me throughout the period of them being replaced and was more than helpful.
I would definitely buy from here again and would recommend to anyone!

Excellent service! I’ve ordered twice from them and the items arrived quickly and I love them. I’m not into boxing, but I love the Nike Boots they had (very hard to find!) and the owner was very helpful with the sizes, fit etc. Thank you so much!!

I ordered through their website as I was looking for some Winning gloves. The website worked really well and I entered all my details through the Apple Pay app efficiently. Reach out through Instagram to see if the gloves were confirmed and got a straight reply that they would send it to me the next day!

I order the Gloves on Sunday and they have arrived in the UAE on Thursday in the original Winning Box well preserved! I had to pay a small customs fee of 40 AED ( ~10$ - 12$), which is nothing.

Overall super happy with the service and super happy with the gloves. I would definitely recommend Seconds Out to anyone who is looking for some fight gear which is hard to find in the UAE because they have everything and the delivery fast and the service is great!

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at in the store, and I must say, my experience was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, everything about my shopping journey exceeded my expectations.

Great customer service, speedy delivery and great selection of equipment. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I ordered an item from second out store for £208 + £33 (excluding VAT) for shipping. When I placed my order, I did not receive any message about the added charge so I paid.
2 days later, I received an email informing me that I could receive an email from DHL to pay the customs fees. 2 days after this message, I received an email from DHL informing me that I had to pay 109.5€ customs fees including VAT!!! I sent 3 messages, no answer! I called the customer service of second out store who told me that I could see directly with DHL to send them back the item but that they would charge me the return fees charged by DHL. So I called DHL to ask them the price of the return of the item to second out store because the price of the fees was 50% of the price of the item. I was ok to pay 20€ but not 100+€. They told me to check with the store directly. I never got the information, I had to pay all the customs fees plus VAT (~70€), and I saw in the meantime that the price of the item was 250€ VAT included on amazon. I didn't get any feedback from the customer service or any commercial gesture after this very bad experience.
Maybe by posting this review I will receive an email and/or a refund. I chose to order from second store because I thought they were professional sellers and because of the customer reviews I saw on trust pilot.

I ordered boxing gloves and gel wraps from Seconds Out for the first time for my son which he needed for an upcoming tournament. The gloves arrived but the wraps were missing. There’s nothing worse than trying to sort out a missing item but Seconds Out were brilliant and sent them out straight after my call to them and they arrived in plenty of time for the tournament. I can definitely recommend Seconds Out and I will definitely be using them again.

An excellent range of products at competitive prices - highly recommended. Nothing is too much trouble for the guy who owns it and he certainly knows his business and is great for pre sales advice.

I wouldn't go anywhere else for my equipment as the level of sales and after sales service are unmatched. It's a business that really cares about its customers.

Saw the owners glove reviews on youtube, seemed very knowledgeable. Gave him a call and he was brilliant. He's a boxer himself so knows what he's talking about and wasn't trying to up sell his stock - he gave genuine advice.

Booked an order, he made it next day-delivery free of charge. Really good service, he even emailed after personally following up on the order making sure everything was okay.

Never usually leave reviews but seconds-out was exceptional. Definitely my vendor of choice for boxing kit!
