The plants arrived well packed, in good condition the next day.
SALVIA was not white, but I am still happy
The PAPAVER orientale Nana Allegro struggled from day one and TLC did not work. SAD
Visitors all think these plants are beautiful.
I am very happy with my selection, the quality of the plants and the value. I hope that I will be able to order more plants in the years to come.

No order received and another customer who's been ripped off over £60.
I've blocked their emails but they still keep sending them repeatedly....why??so they can take other people's money🤦🏻‍♀️

Would not even given 1 star sent seeds instead of plants despite advertised as last remaining plants
I would never have ordered seeds this late in the year fuming no reply to emails and charge eight pounds for a letter size packet
Misleading company and i see others have been treat the same will never use again

Have purchased plants many times before however placed order this time and ended up finding an envelope of seed packets instead of actual plants. Trying to contact as want to return for full refund. Also it's another company who provided seeds Bishy Barnabees????? Never have received seeds or even knew they sold seeds. Won't be ordering anymore from here.

Returned seeds and have been chasing for refund they are not responding to any emails I am now out of pocket £55.

I have previously ordered from here with no problems, but this order I was charged nearly £18 postage rather than the already high £8.99 and despite multiple emails have received no response.
Not sure what has happened to this company, but I would currently say 'buyer beware'!

Placed an order and paid for 15 plants in October 2025 for Spring 2026 delivery.
Never arrived, customer service is non existent.
Credit card company applied chargeback in mid April 2026. Company disputes that, so where are these plants?
If no refund agreed I will go to small claims court.

I have ordered from this company several times and deliveries are invariably delayed/late. However, my most recent order never arrived and despite numerous emails no-one from the company has got back to me to either arrange a replacement or a refund.

No info or plants from order last October don’t reply to emails or answer phones don’t use this company

Delivery didnt arrive, I contacted ( email only as they don’t give out their tele no.)secret gardening club.
Completely ignored. Now day 5 waiting for a reply. I paid for the goods but never arrive and they don’t give a hoot.

Scammers, do not use this company

I haven’t purchased from Secret Gardening Club since pre COVID where I got 2 Pampas grasses (one pink, one white) for my mum as well as some others. I’ve recently moved back home and both pampas’ are over 10ft tall. Getting back into gardening I decided to return to Secret Gardening Club and was sad to see how awful it’s rated. Since I know it’s not a scam as I’d used them regularly pre Covid, I decided to trust them again.

Purchased on Tuesday, delivered on Friday. 16 plants in perfectly good health and so well packaged that they didn’t move an inch when the delivery driver threw them on my floor upside down (which is NOTHING to do with SGC, they are not responsible for a Yodel driver ignoring the warning stickers).

There is definitely way less selection than there was a few years ago, so I’m wondering if the bad reviews are a product of them getting too popular, too fast. I’ll be returning regularly from now on.

Ideally 0 stars! Ordered in Nov, no plants, no responses to emails. That is basically theft.

4+ Emails Ignored – No Plants, No Refund, No Communication.
I am extremely disappointed with the service from Secret Gardening Club. I placed an order on 02/11/2025 (Total: £127.39) and, as of today, I have received nothing.

I have sent five separate emails to them since 11/04/2026. Despite their website claiming a "24-hour response time," every single communication has been ignored.

It is unacceptable to take a customer's money and then go completely silent. Due to this total breach of contract and lack of basic customer service, I am now forced to escalate this as a Section 75 claim with Mastercard and report the matter to Action Fraud.

Prospective buyers beware: Save your money and shop elsewhere until this company honours its orders.

I actually wouldn’t give them one star, they are thieves, they take money from us and NEVER deliver the goods! I ordered plants over six months ago and despite numerous emails I have not had any response!
Are there not any laws about such blatant scamming companies!!

I like many ordered plants £65 in October for delivery in Feb. Not received anything emailed several times no reply.

Looks like I am one of many who have lost money to this fraudulent company. Ordered 2 mystery boxes in September 25 ,to be delivered in February 2026 , usually do this each year as its a good time to order from gardening companies. Got to March no delivery, no correspondence from company , sent an e mail ( 1st of many)unable to find an address or telephone number. To this day have no received any reply to my emails, too late to claim from bank . How can a company be allowed to do this and get away with it.? The worse thing is they are still trading and sending emails each week with their offers , I hope people read these reviews before they part with their hard earned cash .

Ordered plants towards the end of 2025 for delivery in February 2026. Company acknowledges that they have not delivered the plants but are now ignoring my emails when I ask for a refund.

Something must have went wrong with this company have ordered with them before no problems plants were healthy and delivered in good condition well packed . But I ordered 17 plants in October 25 for delivery in February 26 and nothing arrived emailed them on a few occasion but they don’t even have the manners to get back to you how are they allowed to take your money and deliver nothing

Put an order in on October 2025 , they took my money out on the 10th October . Today is the 13th April 2026 and I have received nothing. I have emailed numerous times and have heard nothing back. Looks like I've lost £57.74!

I placed two orders in November 2025 (over £150 total) with an estimated dispatch date of February 2026.

As of April 2026, I have not received the items or any update on their status.

I have contacted the company multiple times (24 Feb, 14 Mar, 7 Apr) and have received no response at all.

Due to the lack of delivery and communication, I have now raised a dispute with my bank and will also be reporting the matter to Trading Standards.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise caution when ordering, particularly for pre-orders.

If the company resolves this promptly, I will update this review accordingly.

I am yet another customer who hasn’t received goods ordered last year, nor had any response to my emails.
