I have read "moneynerd.co.uk /secure-parking-solutions/" [they stop links here, you can google it] so the first letter changed] but am too much of a coward to dare not to pay the £60 fine for the car parking which is £3.80 for 12 hours. It really seems far too high a penalty, especially when I have been using the same place for many months.
Really no idea what happened, maybe I did not click the buttons properly on the App that day. Why on earth would I try to avoid paying for this cheap place.

I paid $50 for parking in Sydney (Secure Parking, Piccadilly Car Park, Castlereagh St, Sydney), on arrival at 7:40am realised I had booked for 2 hours instead of early bird all day (which would have been cheaper @ $38)
I called customer service and asked if they could change to early bird (I had arrived and will depart within the requisite times) who said there was 'nothing they can do.' So I have had to pay an additional $38 for a new 'early bird' booking, leave the carpark on my old code, and re-enter on the new code.
$88 early bird parking in Sydney - absolute disgrace.

Do not park outside Chilli flames takeaway on Stratford road Birmingham. The food is so overpriced, below standards with unhappy staff who took ages just to get my order ready, l called them in advance asking about parking and was reassured it was fine to park outside to collect my order and then l received a £60 fine within a couple of weeks. Birmingham council/ trading standards need to investigate Secure Parking solutions on ridiculous charges for 5 minutes collection.

One day i placed my ticket on the drivers window instead if dashboard because it would be easier for the attendent to see becase car was parked facing the fence so they on purpose took photos of my dashboard . Stating i did not pay for the parking even though proof was sent to them... cant stand thieves.

The secure parking customer service team are run by a bunch of bonobos, I’d rather poke my eyes out with hot needles than have to deal with anyone from their team again. They basically don’t action anything you ask for, it takes them weeks to months to process anything and even then they find a way to screw it up. I had to utilise their 24/7 hour parking in the Sydney cbd for 11 months. I would have preferred to have had my nuts clipped than have email correspondence with anyone from their team again. Bunch of monkeys getting paid minimum wage to reach into your pocket and take your hard earned shekels. If you like pain and misery use their service.

There is no chance to give these people a 0 stars, tried to call them during "Office hours" and got their so-called maintenance line with some punk dude who obviously thought he knew better. Whatever, bunch of scammers - will never pay private parking fines anyway so good luck in getting back the money with that attitude (call was recorded, love their attitude when you tell them you're not paying anyway!)

I PAID FOR PARKING and 3 months later I get a letter in the mail from an attorney threatening to take me with collections if I didn’t pay $105.......for a $7 parking spot.....that I did pay for............sent my receipt directly to the attorney. Don’t trust them. Park anywhere else. They’ll try their best to rip you off!!

Secure Parking 'Lesson'
Basically, I got an outstanding account with Secure Parking. I contacted Secure Parking and paid it with credit card back in March 2021. I learnt that they referred my outstanding account to an external collection agency. This agency has continued to contact me for the outstanding amount. When I told them I have paid, they said 'We have not heard from Secure Parking Limited that you have paid'. It seems that Secure Parking has not bothered to contact this collections agency (Milton and Graham) that I have no outstanding account with them so this agency continues to chase me for money. What this tells me is either teams in Secure Parking do not communicate with each other or Secure Parking was not happy I did not pay them on time so they have not bothered to inform the Collections Agency about my payment. They want me to chase them to get the Collections agency off my back. Worse, Secure Parking has asked me to ignore Milton and Graham and not pay Milton and Graham a cent! because I have no outstanding account with them. I will not pay for sure! I might need to lodge a complaint with Consume Affairs Victoria if required.
