This is the second time I have used this company. The pre installation was very thorough. Reece, who came today was first class and did a very good job. The door looks great and he made sure I was happy with the locking process.

I have recently used Secured Homes Ltd to install replacement windows throughout my 4 bedroom house and couldn’t be happier. The 2 fitters worked extremely hard to get the job finished within their given timescale. They were polite, professional and respectful of myself and my property and left everything clean and tidy before finishing for the day. I was a little apprehensive beforehand as it is such a big investment but needn’t have worried as everything went well and I am super happy with the installation. I would also like to offer a shoutout to Adam for his care and attention to detail throughout the process and for keeping in touch with me at every stage to make sure any little issues were dealt with and to make sure I was happy with everything. Overall, a great job and I would not hesitate to recommend Secured Homes to anyone considering replacement windows & doors.

I wouldn’t use this company again
I wouldn’t use this company again. Didn’t replace the cladding above my bay window so I have grey windows and old white cladding. Rang up and spoke to Adam regarding this and explained that I thought this would have been included in the fitting as the rep that came out never mentioned it and I just assumed it would have all been replaced with new. Myself and Adam agreed that it would be replaced at a reduced cost of £300 and he would ring me with an appointment…. I’m still waiting. 😡😡

Really pleased with my new composite door which was fitted this morning. The fitter arrived on time, did a great job and cleared up everything afterwards. Dealing with the company has been a positive experience from start to finish and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and use them again in the
