We ordered some 10mm D-Shackles via eBay. The product was sent via Royal Mail 48 hour. Unfortunately, the product did not arrive in the expected time as, on this rare occasion, Royal Mail had a glitch in the system. We notified SecureFix Direct via the eBay systems and to their credit the item was dispatched again via Royal Mail 24 hour. This time the product arrived and was of great quality. As sod's law would have it, the original parcel arrived 48 hours after the 2nd parcel arrived (these will soon be heading back, my choice to do so). Great company, great products, great value and most importantly, great customer service.

I am so impressed with the service that…
I am so impressed with the service that I received.
Initially I was disappointed because the item I received was incorrect. I contacted them via email on Sunday afternoon and they responded within 30 minutes. They arranged dispatch of the correct item on Monday via DPD and I received it Tuesday by 9:30.
Jason was very friendly and helpful, and to respond on a Sunday afternoon was totally unexpected.
