Made a request to Securefix on Saturday evening and received a helpful positive reply (from Jason), with the requested document on 0730 Sunday morning (you need to get out more Jason!). This was not an opportunity for Securefix to obtain a new sale but a follow up relating to a previous order, so first class customer service.

The original transaction and product (800 kg winch) was also a positive experience and good value product. Will certainly use Securefix again.

Great response to an email I sent asking about a spare part for an item out of warranty. Jason found the correct part and posted it free of charge.

I cannot praise Securefix highly enough. Through a manufacturing fault, the pump truck was not working correctly. On the day I made contact about the issue, I received an email with instructions about what to do. Within ten days, a brand new, and fully assembled pump truck arrived at our premises.
Thank you so much, the Securefix team. Your promp actions have helped us enormously.

Just purchased some anchors for our sailing club and they were good at communications which made for an easy purchasing transaction and the delivery excellent. Would recommend them to anybody and will certainly use them again when the need arises.

Cant believe how quickly we got the product and how good the straps are brilliant company

This company kindly donated 10 x Ratchet straps to us for our large removal van that we use for RSPCA Charity Shops. The straps arrived perfectly packaged and will make our life a lot easier. We cannot thank Securefixdirect enough for their generous contribution to our Charity.

This was my first order with Securefixdirect, to my surprise the order was here the very next day. Brilliant service, cannot fault it. I would certainly buy from this company again. The items purchased were extremely well made and securely packed.

My company has dealt with Securefix for over 6 years and have placed 30 or 40 orders over this time, they have always supplied what was ordered and delivered it on time. On the rare occasion something has been out of stock Jason has always done his best to help us out with an alternative or kept us updated to its progress. I would have no hesitation in recommending then to other people and have done so many times.

This was my first transaction with Secure Fix Direct and I am very impressed with this company. I never normally like not being able to contact a business by telephone, in fact I normally avoid them if I can. However Secure Fix deliver an excellent and efficient email message service and I cannot fault it. Jason was extremely helpful and answered my questions succinctly and by promptly by return. My delivery arrived the day after placing the order.
