Really glad I stumbled across Security Warehouse!
I was only after some shielded alarm cable and some reed switches, but they have an excellent range at really competitive prices.
The parcel arrived today! Not bad turning it around in just two working days!

Online shopping as it should be...
From initial contact through to delivery the process was seamless and about as smooth as it gets.
Prices are on point and stock is always on the shelf meaning less downtime = more £ in the bank.
Staff are helpful and pleasant where needed, I used Security Warehouse after my regular supplier let me down and I've never looked back.

They need to get their ordering system sorted out
this is not the first time. Security Warehouse have very keen prices, and if you are able to hold for job safely for 30 days while you wait for the delivery use them. I just want to order stock and k now when I will be getting my order. Even better knowing at the time of the order, like Toolstation/ Screwfix with stock levels, because then you can source somewhere else if an item is out of stock Thanks. Mr Angry.

I am sorry you are not satisfied with our service, we do advise on all orders that timescale can be up to 5 working days, but we do try to ship as early as possible.
I can see your order is due to be shipped tomorrow, and this would be the 4th working day.
Ordered some batteries on 4/5/21
Ordered some batteries on 4/5/21, on arrival one of the batteries was incorrect. Tried to call but auto answer system said you have to open up a ticket, the call was also chargeable on my mobile. Opened ticket and 13 days later still no replacement, just an email asking me to make sure I wrap up incorrect battery, ready for swap !! still no date when correct battery will arrive !!!
My customer is not very happy as there Visionic panel is minus a cpu battery.
I have used this company alot but have never had to return an incorrrect delivered item.

Having looked into this, it appears to have been human error and we are indeed very sorry you have received the wrong item. We do advise to raise a ticket when our phone lines are out of hours, and I can see you first raised a ticket 7th May.
However at this point we needed your order number to be able to raise a swap. We did receive this a few days later and now the returns process is the stock would need to be allocated to you, this would be the same with order timescale up to 5 working days, and so should be resolved later today for you.
