Timely response, called me when the data I'd supplied wasn't uploaded correctly, stayed in the call with me until it was sorted. I did find uploading documents to the platform a little bit clunky - but overall, swift and great communicators!

Sent all paperwork they wanted but still was coming back there was gaps in my employment
There would have only been one or two days and asking was I claiming benefits
This was harder than getting clearance to work with children for air cadets

A very messy and frustrating process
It was a very messy process - team members kept on requesting documents even though they were already submitted. Team members don't seem to talk to each other, as was apparent from the fact that what one team member requested would be requested all over again by another team member - and this happened multiple times. A valid address proof like a Driver's License - which already has dates in it was not acceptable as address proof. Despite having the check cleared once, to do everything all over again was pretty messy.
