Updates were difficult to obtain
Updates were difficult to obtain. Disclosure barring online certificate was despatched last Thursday. BAe are still not aware that screening is complete so onboarding isn’t not progressing

An outstanding service!!!
Been pushed from pillar to post for almost two months from the Watchdog as they hadn't received information was was showing as sent. In the end I had to do a follow up myself to make sure everything was completed as per their process. This whole process took from mid June to the end July. Great service guys, I must say.

Overall a good experience
Overall a good experience, with a few small blips in between. When asked initially to provide my employment history for the previous 2 years, the dates overlapped therefore I wasn’t able to include my full history for the 2 years.
Following this, I was asked to provide evidence for multiple dates to prove my self employment, this could include tax returns/ invoice etc. I did so accordingly. An additional invoice was required for a specific date, one of which I couldn’t provide due to the nature of my work, I was back and forth with customer service and was told someone would contact me, no-one did, and then I kept receiving the same emailing asking for the invoice as if I wasn’t being listened to.
Long story short, it worked out in the end, the experience wasn’t the smoothest and I feel the communication could be better.
