It was quick and easy to purchase the warranty; and costs a lot less than paying for a repair or damage. I know because I didn't get it last time and ended up paying about $175 for damages.

I haven't had to file a claim, thank God. The website is easy to navigate through and the coverage price was reasonable. I gave it three stars because one really won't know how well you're doing until a claim is filed.

I just bought this insurance for my son's Chromebook and currently working with a Claims Rep. So far the experience has been wonderful...the Rep is extremely attentive and efficient with our case. Looking forward to an easy claims process as my son continues his education.
