Completely fraudulent website. Bought 4 packs of seeds. Confirmation via a gmail website automatically sent. Nothing since. No reply to emails or raised complaints. No seeds received.
Scam website -do not use!!

SCAM. Ordered seeds over a month ago. Never arrived. Wrote to the email address. Never received a response

Ordered from this company on the October 28, 2025. They say it takes 7 days for order processing but still have not received shipping information or the items ordered. Phone number is disconnected and no response from email contact. According to bank the payment I made is set for recurring debit so had to stop payment on future charges. Seems like a bogus site or scam. Dont know if items will be shipped at all. Buyer beware!

Don't bother! Company takes your money, then ignores you for months at a time! I made my order in August, it is now OCTOBER!!! I am currently chasing them for a refund through my credit card.

I placed an order mid August, and still waiting for my order ( today’s October 5!) to be shipped.
I contacted them, the only way to contact them is via email. and get no responses.
Stay away from this seller!!

They confirmed my order, charged my card and NOTHING SINCE. I am able to track my order thru the chat app (not main page) but it just says processing. No reply to any of my emails. I had to call my bank and file a dispute/investigation. It's been a month or so. No phone numbers and their site address is a KNOWN SCAM ADDRESS: 30 N Gould Sheridan, WY 82801, now that I looked into it, the website and facebook page look fishy too, little details, images and not lots of content. I will be more careful henceforth.

I’m an experienced grower. I’ve tried hundreds of varieties from various suppliers — and from you, have got very poor quality seeds. And very long wait. They are all old and completely rotten. Unfortunately. But with "official phytosertificates". "Only truth will win." (their slogan on phytosertificate seal) Oh, Really? Really. Truth have won, indeed. See my review. This is truth. But this is also the responsibility: I will never buy from you again. Never. You won't make any more money from me. You will not. You’ve lost a loyal customer. That’s the truth that won. P.S. The comment turned out to be quite emotional, but accurate. The seeds I got were really of bad quality. I will also note that I am a very honest and fair person. And in fact, 1 seed out of more than a hundred, indeed, sprouted. If another one seed sprouts, I will completely delete my comment.

Agh DO NOT BUY from this site. Scam. See the other reviews exactly the same as my experience. Lol I like that trustpilot will let them know my review - good luck with that as nothing exists apart from the payment option.

Literally do not ever ship an item or respond to attempts at contacting them. They sure do keep your money, though.

Zero stars, but that was not an option. They do no answer emails or other communication. There is no scheduled shipping info. I ordered seeds 10 days ago but other than confirmation of order received I haven't heard from them. I'm calling my bank to dispute the payment and take it back. Ridiculous.

Scam site. Ordered seeds and received confirmation but never received order. Within their site I can view my order and receipt but when i select track order it says order not found. No emails in response, no chat responses. Abandoned. Don’t use this site!!!

I would give a negative review if I could. Beginning to think this is a scam sight. They do not reply to emails, and do not send merchandise. This is second time trying with them. Gave a second chance so my bad. Same result!. No seeds . No communication.

Pretty sure they don't really exist anymore. I've emailed, called (2 different numbers), and contacted them thru their website. Never an answer. I've ordered from them twice. Got nothing. Amex cancelled payments for me. I was able to find the Amex contact information for them. The phone number Amex has as the contact number is out of order. The address provided shows up on "Maps" as permanently closed.

If i can give a ZERO STAR I would! They are SCAMMERS! More than 2 minths and i haven't received my seeds! I tried tracking from their own website, and it couldn't find my order!!

i placed a order and i got conformation.
unfortaly i never recieved a replay to my emails and also no order. it seems that the dont sell beautifull products but that the scam people by not sending what they ordered and payed for....

Same as other reviews - looks legitimate, but all you get for your money is an email order confirmation, followed by absolutely nothing. I ordered 1 September, and over 2 months later nothing.... No response to emails or chats send over the last few months.

Do not use this site.

Ditto on everything Paul Temple wrote below! They confirmed my order and took my money and NOTHING SINCE THEN! I am able to track my order but I see that it hasn't even been shipped and it has been over a month. Chat is
automated and no replies to my 2 emails! No phone number and, as I
can see, no way to talk to a
human. DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR MONEY! :(

I placed an order with Seeds World Garden on 15 August, 2024. The order was accepted and acknowledged and the cost charged to my credit card. That was the first and last I heard from them.

On 6 September I tried to contact them via chat on their own website and, 5 days later, they still have not replied. On the same 6 September, I also sent an email but, again, they 5 days alter, they have not responded. A further urgent email sent a day ago has similarly received no response. 28 days is far too long to take to notify that seeds have been dispatched. They promise notification so either they neglected to notify me or they never dispatched anything; either failure is not normal for reputable seed suppliers.

On the Seeds World Garden website, they offer an order tracking facility. When I enter my order number, their tracking system says that the order cannot be found [but, to repeat, I have their order "confirmation".

Although they have a 30-day money-back guarantee, there is literally no way to make a claim since their is not link to a claim page and they do not respond to chat or email [and no phone number is listed].

I gave a ONE STAR rating because they literally gave NO SERVICE AT ALL. Sadly, there is no way to give a ZERO STAR rating to match the level of service experienced.
