Love the products and messaging. That said, delays in shipping could be addressed more proactively. When customer service is contacted, the responses are best received when they reflect that the inquiry or request was read and understood. Canned responses can come across as insulting and, frankly, infuriating. I wouldn’t order from this company again unless I was comfortable with extremely long shipping times, regardless of emails notifying that an item is “back in stock”. When the delay occurred for me it took many emails to get a response, addressed to another person’s name, which told me that the item had to be produced custom for the order, causing the delay. Well, then it wasn’t really back in stock. Quality of clothing is good though!

The shirt that was ordered was great. It did take a long time from ordering to receiving which meant it was past all holidays. Took 20 days from order to being ready to ship plus slow shipping.

I was surprised that there was no paper info about the company and that a tree was also planted with the order- this was my first time and I bought at the request of a nephew so he knew, but if I had been gifting elsewhere I would have had to explain.

Really good quality shirts, this is now the second time I have purchased merch from this brand and I am very content with all of my buys.

The sizes were accurate and quality was great for the price. My husband is a huge Yes theory fan and these were great gifts for the holidays. Thank you!

My wife loves the company/ you tube show.. asked for the T-shirt for christmas.. The T-shirt was £30 but it cost £40 for delivery and tax.. £70 for an extra small T-shirt.. why is there no UK depo for stock.. i expect it puts alot of people off ordering

I’ve been watching the YouTube videos for quite awhile and find them fascinating. For an extrovert like me the theme of the travels is right up my alley, so to speak. Thus I knew I wanted a Seek Discomfort T-shirt but was afraid the quality would not be there. Was I wrong! The product fits well. The material is good either way enough weight to promise many washings. Will be ordering again. Keep the good work you all do to bring the world together.

Everything I ordered was amazing. I never have any issues and the quality is always fantastic. My only complaint is that designs sell out quick so I've unfortunately missed out on a couple over the years. Believe in the mission and love all of yall. Thank you for being a light in this darkness ❤️
