The website is easy to use, and very informative.
So far, the Alpha picks have worked out to be mostly very profitable. The subscriptions went up, but I hope the picks more than make up for the increase.
I would like to try "PRO" on a monthly basis and not be locked into it for a year. Pro is expensive so a month to month or 90 day trial would be great.

I encountered an issue while using the service, but the customer support team responded quickly and helped resolve it efficiently.
Their support was professional, clear, and reassuring, which made a big difference in my overall experience.

I have compared many similar products, and this platform clearly stands out. The analysis and data provided are the most comprehensive and well-organized among all the options I’ve tried.

The people and service were fine. I really didn’t like the business model. Have hundreds of opinions was more confusing than helpful. The site did not have a comprehensible tutorial or at least that I found so the whole experience was confusing. In the end I was looking for a service that provided clarity and a view not one that gathered all opinions.

My experience is that this is a censorship platform like Twitter used to be. There are radical leftists on the platform who have threatened others and myself with violence, and still remain on the platform. Meanwhile, I've been a voice for peace and non-violence, but because I called out the arsonists and violent criminals assaulting Tesla owners and Tesla cars, I end up being the one getting moderated. The bias at SA is disgusting, though I shouldn't be surprised since he corporate HQ is in NYC.

Anyone have ratings on results than just customer service?

A subscription auto renewed at almost double the price. I was never alerted of a pending charge before my card was charged. I immediately reached out to the support team on subscriptions@seekingalpha as well as through a direct message in the app but I was ignored (no reaction, no confirmation of receipt of the message, etc.).

Their insights in choosing is Alpha picks is quite Interesting. However i wish to see more success rate as of late most of their picks not up to the mark.

Representative went above and beyond expectations to resolve my concern. Great communication and follow up.

My problem was resolved in a timely manner and the person I was dealing with had amazing follow up. They emailed me to let me the issue was being resolved, then emailed again once the issue was resolved to make sure that all was well. The person I chatted with went above and beyond and are to be commended.

This company charged me for a new year long subscription with no warning. They claimed to have sent out notice but they did not (and yes I checked all my junk email). I contacted them within minutes of receiving the charge and asked to cancel and refund and I was refused by a foreign customer service agent with a script. Shady practices, unhelpful customer service, and just a churn and burn customer model. Stay far far away. You will get robbed eventually.

Company did the right thing by refunding an auto-payment on the same day it was charged.
