Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Many people found the website to be unsatisfactory, with concerns about the prevalence of fake profiles and bots, making it difficult to find genuine connections. Customers frequently reported issues with the customer service, describing it as unhelpful, rude, and effectively nonexistent, with no phone number available and appeals going nowhere. The service itself was often criticized for being of poor quality, with many users expressing concerns about the nature of interactions on the platform and feeling that the high membership prices are not justified by the value received. However, some customers also noted that the website design and search functions were good, and a few individuals reported success in meeting people, although this was often described as a rare occurrence.

Just awful

Just awful. I've created a nice profile with professional looking respectful photos but have been flagged and my two photos taken down with the remark commercial activity! It doesn't even make any sense. These pictures do not promote any of such things and were carefully chosen.

Clearly it has been a technical glitch of some kind.

LADIES STAY AWAY FAKE SUGAR DADDIES

LADIES STAY AWAY! WASTE OF TIME! THESE MEN ARE NOT SUGAR DADDIES! BEEN ON THERE FOR OVER A YEAR ANS WASTED SO MUCH TIME TALKING TO BROKE MEN WHO REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING FOR YOU OR GIVE TOU ANYTHING EVEN AFTER MONTHS OF TALKING, THEY WONT MEET UP!! OR EVEN WORSE, THEY STAND YOU UP ON THE DAY OF YOUR FIRST DATE!! LADIES BEWARE!!! THEY ARE ONLY THERE TO COLLECT PICTURES AND CHAT WITH YOU WHILE THEY PLEASURE THEMSELVES BEHIND THEIR SCREEN. NONE OF THESE MEN ARE SUGARDADDIES!!! ONLY BROKE, LONELY CHEATERS WHO LIE AND ARE VULGAR AND DISRESPECTFUL AND POOR. BE SMART LADIES AND DO NOT SEND THEM MORE PICTURES OR WASTE TIME CHATTING. I LEARNED MY LESSON! IF THEY ARE REAL SUGAR DADDIES THEY WOULD SET UP A DATE AND SHOW UP AND TELL YOU WHAT THEY OFFER AHEAD. NOT TEXT NON STOP AND ASK FOR PICTURES OR TRY TO HAVE SEXY TALK.

A bunch of hypocrites

I was a member of Seeking (or Seeking Arrangements as it was previously called) for eight years and was recently given a permanent suspension. What was my crime? I offered young women money for video chatting with me. Sounds really serious, doesn't it? It seems that they don't like people using their website for "commercial activity." However, they don't have any problem with married men using it to cheat on their wives. In fact, they make it easy for them by displaying the company's name on their credit card not as Seeking or Seeking Arrangements but as W8 Tech.com so that the little missus doesn't suspect anything.

Site full of Escorts, Scammers and Fakes

It's nothing more than a site full of Escorts but, if you talk about 'business' you get banned. There is no way to appeal as they state that they won't talk to you about it and will not provide any proof on why you have been banned.
Their Ts & Cs state that you can be banned for anything they don't like, without warning and no right of appeal or refund.
I was banned, without warning, with a week of my membership still to go. I've contacted my credit card company for a refund.

GIGANTIC RIP-OFF and may be SCAM as…

GIGANTIC RIP-OFF and may be a FRONT FOR PROSTITUTION as well!

Billed as a "Dating Site," oh sure, if you can or want to PAY for it - Dating site my xxx. It appears there are quite a few women on the site, however MOST OF THEM ARE NOT ACTIVE, and SA does not remove their profile. I spent a little time removing the non-current listings and the total number of viable women was astonishingly LOW.

I also personally believe they utilize SHILLS of fake profiles. I found some where a woman was using a previous woman's profile who was no longer on the system. Also, some women that seemed to live on this system, and would never give you any real info, they are either emotionally sad wanna-be or fakes - neither of which you want to pay for.

Most of the women though they were god's gift, often referring to themselves as "Eye candy" or "Arm Candy" well unfortunately they had overblown ideas of how they looked. Most are average to slightly above average, many are outright losers and lowlifes. Many ARE NOT in great shape, though they post these ridiculous pictures of themselves in overweight, unprofessional poses, or looking like carnival tramps on a "Busman's Holiday."

Another facet, these women, when queried as to what they were seeking, said they wanted XXX$ for an allowance or whatever...they gotta be kidding, what planet are they from? That's why precisely most of them are beggars and sad mooches because they have about as much chance of getting this amount of coin as i do of getting picked to man a NASA space ship.

A good many of the women I encountered were truly ignorant, under-educated, and unpleasant, few social skills (because they were not taught any by their equally deficient parents), trailer trash; the type I would never have to my house- they appear to me like they would be better off standing on a street corner soliciting business!

And then when you ask them what they want they throw out $ figures that are absurd, these desperate women are living in a Fantasyland that no man would offer these very average (or worse, just comical)!

SAVE YOUR MONEY - THIS IS A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY - there are FREE (or much cheaper) sites where you can get a better far better selection, this is the dregs..

It's real, the people are real, a lot of reviews here are false

Look, first off I hate this site. It sorta ruined my life. But I was on seeking for about a year. I met a lot of really nice women, college age and upwards. A couple of the women I met were strange people, but the majority, about 15, were great people. I had a hell of a lot of fun. But one day there was a new ad on Seeking Arrangement for a young woman in her mid to late 20's. There were several photos clearly showing her face only, no naughty pictures, that was of a 26-28 year old woman. She listed her age as 26. So we texted for a couple of months. And finally one day we decided to meet at a Starbucks. So I drive there to meet her like I'd done all the other gals. Only this time she's not there, and I'm thinking this is the first time I've gotten stood up. Then she texts me "Sorry, I'm running late, I'm only 17, is that OK?" I about had a heart attack. I went and sat in my car, tears streaming down my face. The phone kept sending me more texts from "her". I never read them and I never responded. Then the cops came and arrested me for trying to procure sex with a child. Funny thing was, we never talked about sex at all in all the text messages and there were no exchanges of photos. But then my mug shot was out there with these charges under my name. My wife was very upset about it and left me, I don't blame her. I spent about $70,000 dollars defending myself. In the end after three plea offers that I turned down, they dropped the charges because they knew they'd lose in trial because there was no evidence of wrong doing. You see, the ad on Seeking Arrangements and the young woman were fake, the entire time I was talking to a police sergeant, and older man. Here where I live I am told that the police "do this all the time" and that they have Federal grants to do this. Often it's in the newspaper that another man had his life destroyed by this. I'm a vet and all my life I've displayed the American flag on my home. Not any more. What they did to me was very cruel especially in light that I didn't actually commit a crime. This website that has changed it's name and is now called seeking.com is like a land mine that you don't even realize you could step on. It's real, but it's also infiltrated by law enforcement that are simply out to make a bust even if the person never talked about sex or asked to procure sex or anything at all.

The entire thing is a scam!

The entire thing is a scam ochestrated by the owner, IN MY OPINION.

This site charges men to use it and I cant speak for their experiences but the reviews on here clearly indicate the user experience is dreadful.

As a woman, I was bombarded with stupid messages from many clearly fake accounts. My theory is that this company, seeking arrangement; employs a bunch of people to create many fake profiles and connect with women on this website in order to keep you coming back to it simply to show you their Google ads. Many of the so called men who contacted me would have their accounts deactivated not long after, I'm guessing they do this to make it seem as if there are more men on the site than what there actually is and also to keep creating new accounts. Also a good indication that these are fake accounts is that almost all them make absolutely no effort to arrange a meeting, it's all just pointless back and forth messages. Also they are online at really weird times of the morning. I honestly cant imagine that a really successful man with a high powered job or business to manage has the time to be on seeking arrangement at 3 in the bloody morning.

They get money from the men and then keep the women hooked through phoney profiles in order for us to keep looking at Google ads. Its really obvious how these accounts are fake, the first message is always a long 6 paragraph message with a bunch of bad grammar and generic nonsense. Highly doubt the average man is writing out these silly over the top messages, it makes no sense. Also almost all of these men seem to have come to the general consensus that PPM is £250, exactly who came up with this nonsense? If you want to do PPM at £250 than you should much rather see a xxx worker. Clearly all the people employed to operate the fake accounts have been given a script and £250 is what they keep regurgitating in their mindless back and forth.

I'm sure there are real men on here looking for sugar babies but there seems to be more fakes than real men.

Im very disappointed with this website and the deceptive nature of the owners. I would not advise anyone to use this mess of a website, thankfully I didn't pay them any of my money. I was thinking of boosting my profile but soon realised it would be a waste.

Not worth the money. Review from a diamond membership on SA

I purchased a diamond membership in order to stand out. The amount of scammers and timewasters on here is atrocious. I have had 4 real potentials in about 60 messages and 2 no-shows to meets. Photos are fake for a lot of them. There appears to be little in the way of screening, new profiles are created and then dissappear in a day or two. This has been a massive dissapointment.i will be cancelling my subscription. Take the hit of a few weeks of lost time.

Customer service is shocking

Customer service is shocking, dont seem to care, falsely accuse you with prostitution and banned, accusing me of breaking the law, even when I requested them to review the ban and read the reply properly. They failed to care. Stay away try the many other sites.

Scam artists.

The only reason I’m giving this joke of a website 2 stars is because I did meet a couple of awesome women and we had great fun together.

These scammers suspended my Diamond account and claimed they had warned me about breaking the TOS, which was an outright lie. Never got one email saying I was doing anything wrong. I think we all know what a Sugar Daddy wants here and yet we can’t discuss it?

Thankfully, I used a reloadable Visa instead of a real credit card. I won’t be using this site again and it should be shuttered. I’ll go elsewhere next Spring.

Useless seeking.com experience - save your time and go elsewhere

This is the most pathetic web site I have ever used. I created a profile and uploaded a picture and did a search of some close profiles. I sent a simple note asking a lady what was important to her in an arrangement. Next day my account was deleted and I was banned with no explanation?? I have no idea what I did wrong. Horrible user experience. I strongly urge people to go elsewhere and save your time/money interacting with this platform.

Save your $$$$ and run

The main issue with this site is the amount of fake profiles, I’m not sure if this is done by the sites owners or just scammers, maybe a little of both.

Most of them don’t ask for money they just want to keep you on the hook so that you keep paying the site fees, then you got the scammers, hookers and the rest of them.

Some of them are even super lazy where they copy the same profile over and over and just change the picture and then forget to actually change the profile info such as race or height and age.

I’m sure that there are few real girls but they are hard to find and when you find one they are not that great to be honest. I could be wrong, but this has been my personal experience

Clicked Confirm Order, Then Immediate Suspension

I created a free account and took some time to see if there was anyone that I was interested in on the site. A couple of days later, I had finished making my profile and uploading my photos and I was ready to pay for the service. As soon as I gave my credit card information and confirmed the purchase, I was promptly logged out and suspended from the site.

I received an automated message informing me that my account was suspended. It did not give me any specific information as to why. It included a link with frequently asked questions about this issue, but the link was broken and displayed a page not found error.

They gave an email address for if you believe that you were mistakenly suspended. I promptly emailed them to ask why I was suspended and see if there was some sort of mistake. After sending the email, I received no confirmation as you do with any legitimate business that they received your request and are looking into it. It’s been a full 24 hours since then and I have still not received any response.

I’m keeping an eye on my credit card and will be reporting it as a fraudulent transaction if I am not contacted by this company. The impression that I’ve received so far from this company is incredibly unprofessional. I’m very disappointed and I wish I had read reviews before trying it. I will update this review after a few more days.

Auto suspended because of prepaid visa

I have used this site in the past with no issues. Since I didn’t want to use my college email I decided to use a prepaid visa to upgrade to premium. I had just made an account that took a half hour, and it got suspended as soon as I hit submit on the payment. They say prepaid cards are allowed, and I had read the giftcard I used worked for others. I reached out to customer support and I have heard nothing. Extremely disappointed as it seems this site has somehow gotten worse.

Useless hypocritical site

It's meant to be a relationship with money involved yet if you try to mention anything you get banned and even if you don't and just try to chat somewhere else to avoid mentioning they still ban so why create a site if you deny it's only purpose. It only benefits the time wasters men who are 95% and just want a free chat without ever meeting
