I made an order (nr.13769) and payment on the 17/10/2021 for a Thule VeloCompact 925 2B 7pin Fitsendrager, Artikelnummer 50000 for 339Eur, and apparently they did not had it in stock and did not even bother to notify me, so i contacted them and they said it was out of stock and where expecting it in a month, so i waited and nothing, so i got in contact again and got the reply that it was out of stock and it was basically my responsibility to check the Thule website to check for the stock, so i replied that it was pure nonsense and so i got a reply saying that if i wanted a refund i had to send my IBAN so i did on the 25/11/2021, but have not got my money deposited in my account, i did send an email asking for it and no reply and yes i am still waiting for my money... Have been shopping online since early 2000 never had something happen like this to me, apparently the shop is registered in a regular house that is not even a shop so i should have looked that up before making the order and should have payed thru Paypal that would been easier to get a refund, then again will probably contact a funds recovery service to get my funds. Having said that my holiday was ruined because i wanted to surprise my partner on a few exciting MTB downhill tracks around France, oh well maybe next year then. So i hope i can spare someone the grief by sharing my lovely experience with this "shop"

Bought a Tacx Flux 2 at SeeYourHeartBeat begin March. Due to the Corone virus it took until begin June before the device was delivered (all other companies had the same delivery issue). SeeYourHeartBeat kept me up to date of the progress of the order. If I need something else for my bike in the future I will certainly comeback to this company.

I've ordered and paid in June. It's September, still no delivery or reaction to my phone calls or emails. Do not order there

I asked for an item which was then stated as not in stock. I then asked for a refund which was never given. After a couple of weeks the shop had decided to send me the item anyway, without asking me (even though I was approved for a refund). I didnt accept the package (I went on vacation) and even though DHL said the package was sent the shop is saying it never arrived and DHL wont open an investigation without the shop's request. The shop is saying that without the package they wont give me my money back.

If I will get my money I will update.

Ordered a heart beat sensor one week ago, got no order confirmation although money transferred, got no e-mail reply on any of my 5 e-mails, no reply on calls, only one reply via Facebook messenger asking me to send an e-mail. In case I get my money back I will post it here.

Update Februray 27th: IBAN corrected 2 weeks ago, still no money back. Worst online Shopping experience ever.

Update October 10th 2022, still did not receive my money back, correct iban was shared several times.
