The quality is extremely poor...DEFINITELY not worth the prices charged. Extremely disappointed as thought that I was purchasing from Nederland whereas THIS IS NOT THE CASE...everything is referred to China including having to pay postage to return. I was promised a refund of postage costs BUT the Post office advised me strongly not to waste my money. Having a son who lives there, chances of items getting 'lost' is very common. Even though the clothing looks lovely, buy elsewhere! My emails were answered but only at night which makes me feel that the assistance is also not in Nederland

I agree less than 1 star. You’re better off at Vinted! At least there the quality is what they say it is. I paid too much for what they call a winter jacket and was shocked to see it is a summer jackets for reasonably fresh evenings. Don’t believe the things they write about their bad quality products. The leather look boots are plastic. What a waste of climate that companies produce thrash to pollute the earth. Who buys these things? Get on Vinted!

Even less than one star. Very very bad quality, plastic boots instead of the leather look that was on the photo. And than it appears you have to send back the package to China which is as expensive as the boots. So.... no solution, 40 euros thrown away. I am so angry!

Very bad quality and bad experience!
This online shop is a drop-shipping vendor from China, which I should have known! I ordered a jacket or what appears to be, or leads to believe to be a nice jacket of a reasonable quality, by the images on their website. What I received is a poor quality of a thin vest and with a wrong size too. I ordered size S, but received size M instead. I assume this vendor just copy the styles and models from other brands and use these as their own. Just don't buy. It's not worth it!
