4 stars, for now.
The main reason it isn't 5 stars is that I haven't actually completed an order from them, though it isn't their fault.
They were very polite and helpful. More than happy to help, even going the extra mile as well. So overall, very satisfied, might just be 5 stars when I am able to place an order to completion, if the customer service is anything to go by

Great Shopping Experience
I had a excellent experience buying from SEGA Shop UK.
The items had great quality, more than what I expected in regards to the 3 beanies and the jacket I got, the other was a funko pop so I already knew the quality of the product.
They came well packaged and I found the shipping extraordinary.
I'm used to waiting between 9 to 11 business days to receive my packages from the UK and this one took only 3 to get to my door.
Couldn't be happier :)
