honestly- they did offer the by far cheapest price for the product I was looking for. The Philippi TGT600. The delivery was 10 days as promised and free of charge. My E-Mail was answered immediately.
WARNING fraud company!
Bought bonding product Sikaflex where the expiration date had expired more than 7 months before delivery.
Mr. Pentenrieder from Segelladen.de acknowledged with the answer "Good day, the goods are still usable."(Guten Tag, die Ware ist trotzdem noch verwendbar. He donsn´t answer in English of course!) and then did not respond to emails that I would like a product that was within the shelf life.
The delivery time of 5-10 days was actually 3 weeks, and in the meantime I tried to write 2 times about when my goods could be expected to be delivered, but NO answer of course.
Mr. Pentenrieder immediately withdrew the money without sending the items against EU rules, there he was fast enough !!
Seems like it's a company that is close to shutting down, with the arrogant customer service and shipping of over stored goods.
Stay away...
I placed a wrong order, but the correct part was shipped with express immediately. Very fast communication by mail and the supplier understands a sailors need.
