It took ages to get a message,that they are searching for the ordered items. Before my phone holsters arrived, my phone became obsolete

I have the holster model for my Note 2 on my belt. Broke one and called in and they were patient and I ordered two more units. Thanks to all.

After being sent the wrong color case (mistakes happen), I then found myself I could not remove from my phone. I scratched my phone and the case in trying to remove it. Was promised a replacement case that finally showed up two weeks later after repeated phone calls. I sent both colors back and never received a refund. I was so disgusted with the lack of a semblance customer service from this company that I didnt even complain. The $35 to be rid of you is worth it. They lost a long term customer forever.

Very pleased with this case, the kick stand is great for hands free video watching and the finish on the case doesn't keep marks. Hand grips make it easy to hold and buttons work great. Would definitely purchase this type of case for another phone.

Have used Seido on my Blackberry forever now with this Samsung S6 still a great case for my needs. Thanks

The material used on the cover (htcm8) are good. I received the product broked and I can put a credit card inside, because the magnet cover doesn't close good.

I broke the clip on my case so I needed a new one. Long story short, I ordered them and had two new ones in two days. Great company and great products.

I love Seidio's clip holsters. They're high-quality, decently priced and durable. You won't find anything better.

I didn't really care for this case... It scratches very easy and fingerprints are impossible to keep of screen protector. Holster is sub par and have had phone fall off of it several times. Switched back to my otter box case

This case is everything I want--nice fit, easily accessible buttons, thoughtful cutouts for the ports and camera, soft-touch feel that isn't tacky, reliable protection for the most part. The selection of colors isn't too bad either, so it's pretty stylish.

However, there is one flaw that prevents this from being my everyday case--loose latch. The lip that is supposed to keep the case locked around the phone lifts up and out of its seating when gripped just above the line where the two halves of the case meet. I have held the phone up to my ear just to have it slip out of the car and onto the carpet (thank goodness) floor. This could have been a more grave scenario had I been anywhere else.

Other than this flaw, the case is one of my favorite cases, and I tend to acquire many within my phone's lifetime. If this flaw were to be addressed then I may possibly never find a better case than this one.

Seidio cases do a great job of protecting my phone. There's just one annoying little thing... the belt clips still break easily, and you can't just replace the clip.

Great product which offers excellent protection for the phone. Highly recommended! Only system I will use.

After spending thousands of corporate dollars with Seidio I had an order that had items 'experiencing high demand'. After almost a month, and zero communication I took the initiative to contact Seidio and was told that even though the website showed the product was shipping, the reality was that it was not! Furthermore my backorder was being cancelled and I would have to reorder to get the product. I did not waste any more of my time!

Like allways came soon and great product but the last time i ordered it came with 2 clips for belt but this time i only got one?

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because at first it seemed to rattle in my ear when o was talking on the phone, but I folded a paper towel & stuck it between the case & back of my phone & now it is perfect!!

they take the original shipping and return shipping costs from ur refund. its ridiculous. u can get better cases for a fraction of the price on amazon or ebay
