Have had great experiences in the past with Seidio, the reason for my disappointment this time. Confident this is something simple.

Saw the OBEX available for iPhone 6 Plus = Stoked!

Placed an online order Aug 3, 2015
Checked online for status Aug 6 = "Processing"
Aug 10 = "Processing"
Emailed Customer Service Aug 6 and 10, 2015 = No Response, Follow-Thru or Reply late Aug 12, 2015.

Uncharacteristic for Seidio, highly uncharacteristic, must be a glitch in the matrix.

Left a voicemail just now, need an answer.

Looking forward to see how this is resolved.

The cover door doesn't fit as snug as I would like. I actually thought I was ordering just the back cover model which is great on my Note 2.

You'd think that buying something from the manufacturer directly would be a great experience, but it pretty much always sucks and Seidio is no exception. I ordered from the things I needed soon and even over-paid for 2 day shipping. Over a week later and they are still out of stock and haven't sent a thing. It boggles my brain how the company that makes the stuff can't even get to their own stock and ship.

The only reason I decided to buy direct from Seidio is because Amazon.com doesn't have what I need. If they did, I'd probably be getting the stuff for cheaper and with free 2 day shipping. Instead I'm stuck waiting for something I needed a week ago and paying more to do it.

The buying experience has been OK. I bought an OBEX Holster (#3035) and it broke twice and I had to replace it - once under warranty and once because I bumped it against my car rather hard. My third one's mechanism to lock the belt clip to the holster does not hold in the lock position so the holster too easily separates from the belt clip.

GS4 Waterproof Case

Company wedsite user friendly, found and purchased the case after reading technological reviews about it being better than Samsung's own product, and better than Otter ( my old case was an Otter, tough but my sweat kept getting under the screen in Texas heat making phone impossible to use without taking it apart and cleaning it). SEIDIO delivered my new case free FedEx 2 day service, and had a $25-off offer at the time that made it reasonably priced. Have had it a week now and perfect performance.

Case pressed in on the volume button so that everytime you held it the volume would turn all the way down. For as much as it cost I was annoyed that I had to figure out the issue and cut and file the case down so it did not constantly turn the ringer off

I received this case 4 week's ago and I loved it at first but when I tried to make phone calls no one could hear me. If you are someone who uses a bluetooth all the time it would work great but I don't so I returned it.

After three years I finally broke my holster. The new one I got is great. Now, I just need my HTC Vivid to last another three!

Ordered product on 7/24, this is 8/5 and there is no status update in the tracking process. Very frustrating that Seidio decided to ship this order with USPS yet my previous order, 1 week prior, showed up in 4 days from order date. On that order Seidio used FedEx ground. I phoned Seidio, spoke with a rep and all I was told was "I must deal with USPS on that one". Really?

Within a few weeks of obtaining the CONVERT holster and case and bike mount, I had to reorder the holster. I didn't know that the OBEX was incompatible and inadvertently ordered it. An online agent helped to realize that and to place the proper order. He told me that once the OBEX arrived to request an RMA for a full refund. i am still waiting to be given the RMA.

I have had several cases and this by far is the best waterproof case I have had this far!! The sound is only slightly muffled, but that somewhat expected on an inclosed case! The only real complaint I have is how tough it is to press the home button. I think this could be something they need to address with future cases. All in all I recommend this case and give it 5 stars!

As far as I am concerned, Seidio makes the best case for cell phones that I have ever seen or used. I have used their cases for the last several phones that I have owned. My latest is the LG G4 and it currently resides in a DILEX Pro. I use a holster for my phones and that is something important to me. I am very happy with the DILEX Pro and holster combination.
Before the G4, I had a G2 and was very disappointed that Seidio did not have a Surface for my phone being that it was the Verizon version. That was bad news and had to settle for an Otter Box. Not my favorite.
In making my decision to get the G4 I did check to make sure a Seidio case was available.
Ordering from Seidio worked well. My only complaint is when the case shipped, There was not a link that took me directly to the tracking information. I had to copy the tracking number and paste into the web site. This is not a big deal but most vendors provide a direct link.
I would have rated 5 stars, but not making a case for a popular phone/carrier combination caused the drop.

Every Seidio phone case I have bought had always been of outstanding quality. I purchased the latest phone case for my sister's Galaxy S6 and she said it is a wonderful case. You cannot go wrong when you buy Seigio products!!

I like my Seidio holster and case. The kickstand is a great feature. The holsters do have a tendency to snap at the pin anchor.

Great service, great case

I sent an email regarding the fitting of the product. An email was replied to contact client services. I called them, they doubted the issue and referred me to the website for assistance. My friend who had the same issue with fitting, contacted client service and was resolved right away w/o hassle. Client service experience was inconsistent and somewhat rude. Unsatisfied w/ product as product did not fit as advertised.

Website clear and easy, ordering simple, and company stays in contact every step until product arrives. Product functions well but looks like a "flea market bargain". Microphone muted by waterproofing membrane but using a Bluetooth headset or ear piece solves that issue plus the phone stays locked in the holster where it is safe. The holster/belt clip locks so phone cannot be released unintentionally. The only difficulty is installing the case over the "silent switch" properly so switch functions once the case is assembled.... Not a big deal but it would have saved time if the instructions highlighted the need to check that function before completing the assembly.
