I received my Samsung S6 case, packaging=poor, It came in to large a box, the phone case itself was not in any type of packaging, and it was just bouncing around in the box. No problem with the contents though. My main problem is that the phone did not come with instructions on how to put the clear cover on the phone.

It is not the same quality of previous purchases

I have been alternating between Seidio and OtterBox for my phone cases. I think in general Seidio has a better case, but they are really slow to release cases for the Samsung Note series. The last couple of phones I got started out with OtterBox cases (because Seidio hadn't released their case yet) and ended up with Seidio cases when the OtterBox ones broke. Not that I haven't broken Seidio cases too, the belt clips are a little under designed for a phone this large (it is likely to catch on things). So in general, I would say you can't go wrong with a Seidio case (if they have released one for your phone).

Ordered a Seido Dilex case for my Motorla Balistic Nylon Turbo. The case got here with no issues . Packaging was great no damage what so ever . The case . It's very nice I ordered the Blue . The Blue case is kind of a Dark Blue pearl color very nice . When you first look at it it looks like its going to be slippery but its not . The surface has a soft texture to it for good grip . The case fits nice and tight on the phone . I can see this protecting the phone for a long time .

I bought an iphone 6+ case and holster and it is precisely what I wanted.

My third Seidio phone cover, excellent product, as were the first two.

I've been buying products from Seidio for years ( since my HTC Incredible to be exact) and despite my many device changes I've never been disappointed by a product. I got screen protectors this round but I'll be getting my new case for my HTC One M9 from them soon!

I've shopped Seidio for years and have always been satisfied with the selection and fast delivery. I don't shop anywhere else for my smartphone supplies, even old BB supplies are available. Shop with confidence.

I purchased a Tetra cover for my iPhone 6. Within a week it slipped from my kitchen counter, less than 3 feet onto our hardwood floor and the glass cracked on my phone. I reported the problem to Seidio and was thanked for providing valuable feedback that they will use to continuously improve their products - no refund, no exchange, no nothing. Meanwhile I have a cover I don't feel safe using and had to spend nearly $70 on something with better protection. Seidio customer support did not provide a name of a human being to respond to, just "Customer Support". With that I'm done with the brand.

UPDATE: Sorry if I wasn't clear. I did not expect Seidio to replace my phone - Apple took care of me on that front and replaced the broken glass free of charge but I don't feel safe using this Seidio case after the incident. I just figured instead of just thanking me for my purchase and noting my concerns, Seidio missed an opportunity for continued goodwill in their reply by not offering to return or replace the case that fell short of protecting my phone adequately. I did order from Seidio directly. My order number was 620514. If you are able to issue a refund, that would be terrific, and I wish the initial email reply to me had offered that as an option.

Really liking the Seidio iPhone 6 Plus Waterproof case! Very sturdy and not too much bulk. Well made. Been using Seidio since iPhone 4...a great product

I always buy Seidio cases for my personal and business phones and as usual the quality and design of the case is great. The only thing I don't like is the amount of force it takes to press the power button. I have to press the button with so much force I have to hold the other side of the phone and more often than not I'll accidently press the level buttons which adjusts the volume levels. I'm not sure if I'll continue to use this case but I'll again look to Seidio when I get my next phone.
If not for the consistent quality of Seidio products I'd of only given three stars.

Just the best...

Will not ever buy another brand

Each newly released phone I get always has a shortage of non-TPU cases. And each time, the hardest part for me is waiting for Seidio to make their new cases available. But wait I do, because even after trying other top case manufacturers, I always come back to Seidio... the best. I'm on my 6th Android phone, and my 5th Seidio case (didn't have one for the G1)

I have two Seidio Surface cases---one black, one garnet. I also have the Surface Holster. This is a very durable and high quality case. The garnet one looks great on my Red Limited Edition Blackberry Passport. I wish they had an adapter that could hold my Passport in the car without having to remove the phone from the Surface case. Some dust can get into the case, so it is a good idea to periodically take the phone out and make sure nothing got in there. The case makes the phone heavier. The Surface feels grippy and makes the phone easy to hold.

I'm thoroughly pleased with my newest purchase. I picked the Iphone5S holster/surface combo. I've purchased many Seidio products in the past and will continue to do so. Great quality and price.

I love the quality and finess of Seidio products. They are little pricey but it's all worth it. I learned the lesson the hard way by breaking two cheap quality hoslters for my S4 and losing money as a result.

A locking holster would be great on the surface holster.

Coustomer Service was good, but not being able to replace the 1 1/2 inch clip individually is a real problem. They only sell the 2 inch clip sparately.
"Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused." I am stuck with the large clip or have to by a new holder to ge the small clip. Not a good program.
