Excellent service. Made sure the car was in good order before collection. Thanks to Mo for making the collection easy and smooth.

Sold me a volvo broke down after 4 weeks I fix it my selth, asked for my recovery No so could get recovery no recovery the car had been butchered round the engine so many botched repairs don't deal with the guy ,,

In the last two weeks my son and I both enquired about a 435D.
We were told on the two separate occasions it was available. My son ask for a video of the vehicle as we don’t live near by.
Mo the salesman sent an 11 second video of the inside and 1.10 seconds of the outside, imo 1.22 seconds doesn’t really give you a true indication of the vehicle condition.
My son then asked various questions via message’s regarding vehicle history, services, owners, tyres etc and could he have a more detailed video.
Mo replied and said the vehicle was now sold but he would contact him if the sale didn’t go through.
I then contacted the select car shop again a few days later with regard to the same vehicle the 435D as it was still being advertised and again Mo told me the vehicle was still available for sale.
An almost identical scenario to the above occurred again, and as soon as I asked more questions regarding the vehicle Mo messaged back and said the vehicle was sold. So in just over 3 hours from my original contact he “sold” the car to someone else, but again he would contact me if it didn’t sell.
I have since left details with the online chat but no one contacted me back.
Even now It is still advertised on their web site and the online chat still says yes it is still available.
Such a shame as we really would have liked to purchase the vehicle.

I purchased a Range Rover Velar in February of this year, Mo was extremely helpful and communicative, the car arrived as promised and in great condition, subsequently I needed support when I didn't receive the V5 and he was outstanding sorting the issue in 24 hours and extremely responsive, I see there has been some negative comments on this dealership but my experience really was 5 star!

I would not buy a car from ..be better walking or getting the bus..miss sold every part of it....warranty wasn't worth the paper it was on ..take or money then..drop you...DO NOT BUY ...please go anywhere but here..

Mis sold a vehicle! Mo knew absolutely nothing about the car and sold it with benefits it does not have. The customer service after has been shocking and extremely unprofessional. I am now having to take the legal route to resolve. Avoid this dealership.

Range Rover Vogue
I recently purchased a Range Rover Vogue and could not be happier. The vehicle was exactly as described and immaculately presented. Andres and Mo were professional, knowledgeable and certainly knew their cars. I travelled from N.Wales to Leicester and it was well worth it. A beautiful collection on show, all gleaming and ready to go. Nothing was an effort for them, the customer certainly comes first. I will recommend Select Car Shop to all my business contacts.

Bought a BMW X4M COMPETITION from this dealership came with alot of issues,The day of collection they didn't have the car cleaned properly,they gave me the car with the tank almost empty,the car came with a cut on the tyre but they said it wasn't like that and I've realised that in the same day that I took the car,car in the same day showed the engine light on the dash board,they keep saying that they would fixed that then they didn't,they barely pick the phone,front brake pad had to be replaced(the only thing that they paid),try to get sorted all the issues without arguing but they said they wouldn't pay to fix the issues!!It's a shame that I didn't realise that this company was really bad before buy the car from them,after searching this company on the Internet I found out that alot of customer did have the same issues,I would highly recommend to DON'T BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP YOU WILL REGRET!!
