Good products, bad service
As a company that brands itself as specialising in luxury wallpapers, the basics of customer service is missing.
There was a lack of communication and proactivity. It took 8 days between placing my order before they reached out to confirm the final design. This was one day before the advertised delivery date. I had to ask what the impact would be on receipt of my item as clearly there would be a delay. It seemed they simply expected me to accept it.
I also had a small issue with the new client discount code never delivering before I placed the order. They supposedly couldn't retrospectively apply it without a discount code. I've never heard of a business not being able to issue a partial refund, especially for such a small amount.
Ultimately found customer service to be dismissive and not proactive. They simply stopped responding to my messages rather than solve very simple issues.
I would not recommend ordering from here if you can find the product from an alternative supplier.
