Very poor service
Shocking! Ordered a purple blazer. It was folded into a tiny bag I thought it was the wrong item. It can’t be worn as it is so heavily creased. The colour is perfect and exactly what I wanted. I could pay to have it dry cleaned but it just makes it too expensive. Not sure why you would fold this into such a small bag? It was not on a hanger it was packed like a t shirt. You can’t iron it so I have got to take it back. A real shame as it was what I have been looking for. Very disappointing!

I placed order and the picture/ image…
I placed order and the picture/ image was completely different to what I received, I had to pay for a recorded delivery to return as you don’t accept in store and I explained reason that it was not as described online. This has completely put me off from ordering online again.
