Returned items credit note only wont…
Returned items credit note only wont refund to card..Staff just vacant look. Bought smaller size online so in effect paid twice as don't normally use Select and other than having to spend credit note within 6 months won't ever again.

Needs Improvement
Took a little while to arrive at my selected shop for Click and Collect. I was then asked for a Utility bill, driving license or some form of ID. I had travelled a good way to pick these items up and didn’t have a clue I needed ID. My e mail just gave me my order number to show, but apparently this was not good enough. I think this needs to be highlighted and shown more clearly on your website or e mails when customer is due to pick up.

Really good service. Great discounts and very quick delivery.
The prices were crazily discounted for what we got. The delivery took 2 days from ordering which was not expected. Very impressed.

I ordered 1 thing and it arrived 5 days later however I did order it during Easter so the delivery was fast and I was given good updates about where my order was. It was delivered safely.
