My allocated writer didn't seem to have as much experience as she claimed. I did hear about her career in VOC Ed and an award she won. I know I have her a jumbled account of my role and experience, but her sentence structure and adult off writing was disappointing. Especially for the money I paid. I passed on my disappointment to Emma who quickly found me Ashleigh to do an edit. I was much happier with her version.

My Resume and Cover letter way exceeded my expectations.
My CV and limited information must have been a harder task for Sarah, but she asked the questions needed, and made my 20 year old resume look so professional!
I think I wrote that I wanted a simple format, and I was happy with the results.
Sarah was very patient and kind, and wow what an excellent writer!! Words, and sentences I wouldn’t have though of to write the way she did!!

Very happy with their service
There was good communication from the writer before my scheduled phone call and also during. They created the selection criteria answers from my own clinical experiences and we’re great at prompting me to remember examples when I was struggling to think of them. They were very prompt with sending the final product and gave me ample time to review and ask for any changes if I needed them. I ended up securing an interview for a graduate program, so I was very happy with the results.

Professional and very prompt
