Mel did an amazing job on my CV and cover letter and her responses to the selection criteria have given me several interviews. I would highly recommend this service!

I really appreciated how they could turn my experiences into resume gold as well as writing it in a professional manner. The only flaw was in editing, there were quite a few grammar errors that I ended up fixing myself as even sending it back for second round of editing left many mistakes.

Select Resumes provided me with a cover letter, KSC and Resume at short notice. Jo was excellent and had fantastic communication skills. We were working hard over the weekend (and late into the night) to get everything ready for the submission on Sunday evening.

Less than 24 hours after submitting my application, I now have an interview.

I was disappointed with the number of spelling and grammatical errors. When I pointed them out they sent my CV/Selection Criteria to the editor and the mistakes were still there. At this point I just did it myself. I found the wording very complicated and difficult to understand what paragraphs meant, so I either deleted them or reworded it myself. The bulk of the work was done well and it definitely helped me to get things organised a lot quicker than doing the whole thing from scratch. I have always used Select Resumes and last year it was perfect. I have always gained employment using their services.

The application was very well written, the writer had listened to what I had to say during the phone interview and was able to capture the essence of what I said,. She had utilised parts of applications I sent her which I also felt was a positive for the authenticity of the document.

There were a few typos in the doc when I receved it but nothing major. Very pleased with the product, reduced my stress levels considerably.

I always have an idea of what need to say for government criteria but could never put pen to paper. Kelly was very helpful and was able to pass on to the next stage. Thank you very much
