Title: Stressful Experience — Appeal Ignored and Harmful Reporting


Selene met the initial decision deadline, but after that they ignored my appeal request completely. They refused partial payments and continued reporting delinquency during my modification review, which made everything more stressful and damaging than it needed to be. The process felt disorganized and left me feeling unprotected even while I was trying to work with them. Homeowners should keep excellent documentation of every step because you may need it to protect yourself.
