Never ever - very arrogant and cheeky!

I wrote an email to enquire about a rental car in Egypt in February 2025. I received an answer 2 days ago, in September 2025 - about 7 months after my enquiry. After replying to them that I am disappointed about being ignored for 7 months and am not interested in hiring from them I received very insolent and arrogant messages, no apologies offered, but instead emails mocking my complaint. Stay away from this company, there are much better ones out there.

Selfdrive stole my money

Rented a vehicle from them. Returned it as discussed even one hour earlier. Charged me for another month. 7 days later still no refund for their mistake
