Bad and shocking Experience. I am a foreigner who lives in Italy. I am always up to date with my documentation. In May 2021, I got a letter from the bank to update my permesso di soggiorno, and I went to the bank twice to update them and each time, the officer made photocopy of my documents and he told me everything is fine.
This thursday morning, I try to buy a ticket i was not able to do it. Then I tried to pay money, it says my account is blocked. I contacted customer service and they told my account is blocked due to the lack of updated permesso di soggiorno. Now I called the bank and they told me that they have the photocopy but they couldn't update in the system due to the type of permesso di soggiorno. It's been two days now. The Banca Sella system is not up to date and they don't even know that there is something called Permesso di soggiorno Soggiornati lungo periodo UE. By the way i have an account in BPER Banca and i submitted them permesso di soggiorno 4 years back (expired now). I will change my account to BPER once this issue is sorted out.

Hello. I have received two emails about my failure to complete the money laundering questionnaire (which I have completed), and I have responded to both emails, yet I have had no response.
I tried to link my debit card to PayPal, and I was unsuccessful.
You need to be much more accessible for help.

Ho effettuato un bonifico bancario l'8 ottobre 2019 e il denaro non è arrivato né al destinatario né restituito a me fino a oggi, 17 dicembre 2019. Sono andato alla filiale che ho aperto sul mio conto molti giorni ma continuano a dirmi di aspettare!
E il loro servizio clienti telefonico e chat fa schifo.

Stay away from this bank. they are scams.
I made a bank transfer on 8 October 2019 and the money neither arrived at the receiver nor returned back to me until today, 17 December 2019. I went to the branch I opened on my account many days but they keep telling me to wait!
And their phone and chat customer service sucks.
