I sold my property back in April 24 through Ben after experiencing his honest and straight approach previously, when buying the same property. After my partner had died, I wanted someone who I could trust, having dealt with Ben I went through him. Both Ben and Janet made what was an emotional and tender time much easier to deal with, being supportive, keeping me up to date, and being able to chat about the process when things got a little stressful.
I also liked that he was an independent agent.

My experience with Osborn Frankling was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Ben was so easy to talk to and made what is a stressful process much easier. He is realistic and honest and he really went above and beyond with his customer service. The WhatsApp group made communication really easy and e-mails were always responded to really quickly.
I switched to Ben after unfortunately not having much luck with another agent and I am so glad I did. Ben works really hard and this was truly evident in the effort he put in to the sale progression. We chose to sell our house through Osborn Frankling Estate Agents in Steyning after a bad experience with one of the local corporate agents who overvalued our house and promised us the earth.
Ben was honest and open from the start and throughout our sale kept us regularly updated on progress and worked hard towards the end to push all parties in the chain to completion.
We were unsure about using an agent outside of the area we lived in but as most buyers use online services to search for properties found this was not an issue and had viewings booked as soon as we went live.
